Our Mission

Mighty Goliath Productions is an independent, non-profit organization that benefits the performing arts programs for Avon Lake City Schools. Our impact enriches the cultural life of the community. We focus on our unique ability to provide a professional, fun, philanthropic musical theater experience for our volunteers and audiences alike.

As a 501(c)(3) fundraising organization, Mighty Goliath Productions uses its performances to raise money in support of the performing arts in NE Ohio public schools. Since inception, MGP has donated over $320,000.

In addition to contributing to performing arts programs at Avon Lake High School, MGP annually awards a scholarship to a student with musical theater experience enrolling in a 2 or 4 year college.

MGP achieves this goal through partnerships with our dedicated supporters, contributions from local businesses, our partnership with the school, and the commitment of the many individuals and families who give their time and talent for each MGP performance.
